log in as a user of our Platform using your social network account (“Social
Network Account”), link your

your social network account or use any FACES social network features, we have
the right to access
information

requirements of any

or regulatory authority having jurisdiction over FACES or its related affiliates;
(c) to enforce our Terms
of Service or
this Privacy Policy; (d) to respond any claim against FACES or its related
affiliates that is deemed
frivolous or
actual, or any other claim that any content infringes the rights of a third
party; (e) respond to your
customer
service requests; (f) protect FACES or its affiliates , the rights, property or
personal safety of users
and/or the
public.
6.3 As the
purposes for which we will/may collect, use, disclose or process your personal
data depend on the
circumstances,
the above-mentioned purposes may not arise. However, we will notify you of such

obtaining your
consent, unless the Personal Information Privacy Protection Act provides or is

protects and stores customer information
7.1 We
implement various security measures and make every effort to ensure the
security of your personal data on our
systems.
Users' personal data is stored behind a secure network and can only be accessed
by certain employees who have

rights to our systems. But, of course, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7.2 We will
maintain personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal
Information Privacy Protection

8.6 In
accordance with FACES's Terms of Service, users (including any employee, agent,
agent or any other party acting

behalf of the user) obtain the owner of other users' personal data through the
use of the service ("Data
Recipient").

respond to Buyer’s request and

buyer's
personal data to any unauthorized third party without the prior written consent
of the buyer and FACES; (iv) )

appropriate security measures to protect the personal data held by each FACES
user, retain that data only as
long as it
remains necessary for the above-mentioned purposes, and in accordance with the
provisions of personal data
protection
legislation, and delete or respond to FACES request or return this data to FACES
as soon as possible after
the
transaction is completed; (v) notify FACES’s personal data protection authority
to retain such data only as long
as it remains
necessary for the above-mentioned purposes and in accordance with the
provisions of personal data
protection

possible after the transaction

Information Collected by Third Parties
10.1 Our
Platform uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc.
("Google"). Google Analytics

the cookie about your use of the platform (including your IP address) will be
sent to Google and stored
on servers in
the United States. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our

we hold or control. Your

is stored behind a secure network and can only be accessed by a limited number
of individuals who have
special access
rights to our systems and who are required to keep the data secure, regardless
of that individual. We
recommend the
use of secure servers when you place an order or access your personal data. All
personal data or
personal
information you provide will be encrypted in our database and only accessible
as described above.

applications or services

12. Does FACES

where our servers are located.
FACES will
only transfer your personal data abroad in accordance with personal data
protection laws.

withdraw, delete, request access or adjust the information you provide to us?

Withdrawal of consent

withdraw your consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure and/or request
deletion of your personal
data held or
